Semi-gloss paper

White semi-gloss, wood free paper with GMS of 81g/m2 is smooth universal paper used for printed full-color multi-purpose labels. This type of paper is machine coated on one side and calendered. The liner is made from brown smooth paper of 57 g/m2. It is the most popular material for custom printed labels which are used for short-term exposure and are not exposed to harsh weather conditions such as high humidity. Paper labels are mainly used on products stored indoors and in dry places. Most often semi-gloss paper is used to print labels on cardboard, glass bottles and multipacks. However custom printed paper stickers can be used on many other surfaces as well. Paper labels can also be used on food products. Paper stickers are not very resistant to moisture and other external factors. For more demanding applications it is recommended to replace them with vinyl labels.

Available colors of paper labels: white, gold, silver

Available adhesives for paper labels: standard, strong and easily-removable

Polypropylene foil (pp foil)

A very popular, glossy foil with a wide range of applications. Personalized labels are printed on white or transparent foil with a weight of 46g / m2. This foil is characterized by high durability, resistance to water, fats and chemicals (acids, alkalis and alcohols). It is also resistant to mechanical damage (it can be stretch without tearing) and fading. Polypropylene vinyl labels are much more resistant than paper labels. They will be good solution wherever high resistance and durability are important. The material is perfect for use on rigid surfaces. Due to their limited flexibility they should be used with care on folded packages and uneven surfaces. In such cases it can be deformed and lose shape. Foil stickers can be used on frozen products, rigid packaging or as special applications. Vinyl labels are popular in the FMCG industry.

Labels made of polypropylene foil are available in white, transparent and silver.

Available adhesives for foil (pp foil) labels: standard, standard special, strong, opaque and easily-removable.

PET Foil

The structure of PET film ensures high resistance to damage (such as tearing) and harsh external conditions (e.g. high temperatures or chemicals). The resistance of PET film is higher than PP polypropylene. It is used in industry for marking long-term goods such as household appliances. It is perfect for coating containers and barrels with chemicals.
